Engage in dish-duty and prep work to help keep our kitchen running smoothly and sparkling clean.
Working closely with the Head Chef and culinary team, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen.
Dive into cleaning, dish pit duty, and daily food prep, ensuring top-quality standards while following hygiene and safety protocols.
This role isn't a walk in the park – our outlets are busy, and we're looking for hardworking individuals ready to turn kitchen chores into a snowy spectacle.

About the role
Preparation of menu items and ski area cuisine following company recipes and Head Chef instructions to ensure consistency
All mise en place is prepared fresh with adequate prep in time for service
Stock control and planning for trading variances, minimizing wastage
Communicating with and serving customers
Maintaining a clean and tidy section and kitchen
Completing tasks and record keeping as required by the Food Control Plan
Assisting in other areas of the department as needed
Washing dishes, scrubbing pots, and sterilizing equipment
Good communication with kitchen team members and front-of-house staff
About You
Previous experience in a commercial or high-volume kitchen is desirable
Food Safety or Basic Cookery certificate is desirable
Understanding of basic food safety practices
High level of personal presentation and hygiene
