A new opportunity has arisen to join our Dunedin Toyota team, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers, the Service Advisor role contributes to our existing frontline After Sales Team in a dynamic work environment.ResponsibilitiesThe Advisor role coordinates service or repair appointments for customers, from the welcome to the collection of the vehicle, including completing the invoice for work carried out.Successful Service Advisors provide an exceptional customer experience in line with the Toyota New Zealand Customer First programme.QualificationsCommitment and enthusiasm and the successful candidate must have a can do attitude.

Excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and customer service experience are required.Strong administration and computer skills with excellent attention to detail are also a key part of the role.A clean and current driver\'s licence is required.While experience in the industry would be an advantage, full training will be given — attitude is more important than experience.A pre-employment drug and alcohol test is required.A NZ work visa is required.Other informationWe offer the successful candidate excellent working conditions and the opportunity to join Otago's leading motor vehicle dealership.
