In this role, you will direct some of New Zealand's most exciting experiential campaigns — from luxury product launches to world-class activations and large-scale corporate events.

This is a leadership role, but it is also hands-on — you will be involved from the first client briefing right through to on-site delivery, problem-solving in real time, and celebrating the wins with your team and clients.

You are a natural leader, project manager and relationship builder, with the ability to see the big picture while ensuring the detail is spot on.
You combine strategic thinking with the ability to deliver under pressure, and you are just as comfortable in a client boardroom as you are on an event site, making sure everything's perfect.
The right person for the role will have 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, events, or a related agency environment, and a proven track record ofgrowing major accountsand delivering large-scale, high-profile campaigns end-to-end.
Experience leadingmulti-disciplinary teamsand working with senior stakeholders and strong commercial acumen and the confidence to manage large budgets.
You will be a creative thinker with the ability to turn insights into standout campaigns, with a passion for being hands-on in the execution phase as well as the strategic phase.
