Medicine Registrar starting 2 Feb
6-month RACP-accredited training position also open to doctors who could work all
You'll be with a small team of consultant physicians and prevocational doctors and have a great opportunity to lead and learn.
As the lone registrar you will have direct contact with the SMO physician team and other teams providing a wide scope of hands on learning.
It is expected you will be able to cover Surgery, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics and O&G when rostered on for long days and weekends - As this is a training position, we encourage Medicine Registrars on the training programme to apply.
Suitable for Resident Medical Officers who have completed at least PGY2.
If you're an overseas doctor but have worked in Aotearoa New Zealand before and already have General Registration you're eligible to apply.
(This is an accredited General Medicine Registrar position).
You must have eligibility for Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
You'll need to be a NZ or Australian citizen or resident or have an appropriate visa to be eligible to live and work in NZ - information available on the Immigration New Zealand website.
