About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for two Registered Nurses to join our dynamic and supportive Outpatient Department, with a focus on the Fracture and Orthopaedic Conditions. This is a fast-paced, patient-centred environment where you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care across the lifespan.You will be :
Providing compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Collaborate with orthopaedic specialists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Support patients through their treatment journey, including cast care, wound management, and post-operative education.
Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous quality improvement.

In the Fracture Clinic, we are a dedicated, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients across the lifespan. We work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, supporting both acute and elective outpatient needs. About you
Experienced Registered Nurse working in New Zealand Health Care setting
Strong nursing knowledge base
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, valuing each member's role in patient care.
Clear, compassionate communication with patients, whānau, and colleagues'especially in high-pressure situations.
Respect for diverse backgrounds and a commitment to equitable, culturally appropriate care
Comfort with a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
A caring approach that supports patients and their whānau through injury and recovery
Precision in documentation, assessment, and follow-up to ensure safe and effective care.
Ability to think critically and respond to clinical challenges with sound judgment.
Capacity to manage stress, support others, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Willingness to stay updated with best practices, new technologies, and evolving clinical guidelines.
