  • Salary band - $114,025 - $121,444 p.a pro-rata and Kiwisaver
  • Permanent part-time 0.4 FTE / 32 hours per fortnight
  • Competitive salary, paid overtime and penal rates
  • Rostered shifts (1430 - 2300)

  • About the role
  • If you're an experienced nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take the next step in your leadership journey, this may be the opportunity for you.We are seeking a dedicated and motivated PM Coordinator to join our team on the 7th Floor, working across 7A, 7B, and 7C. This role provides leadership and coordination for the afternoon shift, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and collaborative patient care.
  • The purpose of the Floor Coordinator role is to :
  • Assist and work collaboratively with the Charge Nurse Manager in the establishment and promotion of clinical nursing professional standards
  • Ensure effective day-to-day coordination across shifts and management within the area
  • Promote excellence in clinical practice and ensure the provision of high-quality nursing careThere is an opportunity to manage the clinical environment, facilitate staff development, and at the same time enhance your management skills.You'll be part of a fast-paced, supportive, and cohesive team that values professionalism, adaptability, and a positive workplace culture.   • About you
  • To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following :
  • Current registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council and a current APC, with the right to work in New Zealand
  • Extensive clinical experience as well as having other specialties
  • Completed or be working towards an appropriate post-graduate qualification
  • The ability to inspire and motivate others to commit to and work towards the organisation's / service's goals

  • This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the expired NZNO CEA, and the salary will be in accordance with the pay scale, between $114,025 and $121,444 p.a, dependent on relevant experience.
