This is an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join this palliative care team in Newtown, providing crucial support to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

What you need to do : Provide expert palliative care nursing in patients' homes to a high standard of care.
Work closely with multidisciplinary team and other healthcare partners to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes.
Demonstrate commitment to the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and embrace cultural diversity in the Hospice context.
Demonstrate expertise and passion for providing palliative care to patients and their families.
What you need to have : NZ Nursing Registration with a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
Residency or Valid Work Visa Hold a Full NZ Driver's Licence Minimum 1-2 years working in NZ in Palliative care The ability to work across a 7 day roster from 8am to 8pm.
