• About the Role
• We are looking for anexperienced mental health nurse who has a passion for working with adults withcomplex mental health needs. You must be able to work autonomously as well ascontribute to the multi-disciplinary team. Along with a good sense of humourand flexibility, you will require excellent communication and organisationalskills as they are an essential part of the day-to-day work. • About you
• Able to work autonomously as well as contribute to the MDT.
• Creative, innovative thinking and problem solving.
• Application of best practice models of care.
• A willingness to learn and develop your practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and skilled in developing relationships with a variety of other professionals.
• Registered with the relevant board in New Zealand.
• You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience providing comprehensive assessments and risk management plans, formulating and articulating treatment needs and plans, and be able to coordinate and prioritise treatment needs.
• You will hold a full NZ drivers licence.
