You\'ll work closely with the Engineering Director and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including geotechnical and structural engineers, surveyors, and planners.This role offers a great mix of office-based design work and site visits across the beautiful Bay of Plenty.You\'ll be client-facing, so strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesLead civil design for land development projects (three waters, earthworks, roading)Team managementOversee projects from concept to completionPrepare engineering calculations, specifications, and design documentationMentor junior engineers and contribute to team growthConduct construction monitoring and site inspectionsBuild strong relationships with clients, councils, and contractorsSupport business development alongside the Engineering DirectorAbout YouRecognised engineering degree and CPEng (or working towards)Proven experience in NZ land development projectsStrong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3DConfident project and team leadershipLegal entitlement to work in New Zealand
