Our Tauranga based workshop is seeking a hands-on Foreman or senior mechanic to lead a small team and oversee the daily servicing and repairs for our 60-bus fleet across the Bay of Plenty region.About You5+ years of industry experience as a Diesel Mechanic with strong knowledge of fault diagnosis and repair skills.Proven leadership potential—you are a clear communicator, experienced in mentoring / training, and confident stepping up when needed.You take pride in maintaining a tidy, well-organised workshop, with the ability to manage admin tasks like payroll and our fleet systems.You have a team player mindset and collaborative approach to work as part of a tight knit team.What's on offer?
