Our busy Masterton branch is looking for a talented and dedicated Foreperson to join the team.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a hardworking crew to achieve high-quality results on drainage works, subdivision construction, or both.

Manage onsite operations, set goals, and oversee progress to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

What you will bring to the role

Proven experience in drainage works, subdivision construction, or similar fields.

Strong leadership and team motivation skills.

Great communication skills with clients, consultants, and team members.

Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.

A positive, self-motivated approach with a knack for problem-solving.

Mechanical and technical aptitude.
