Korero mo te turanga - About the role

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting technical solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem - including Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.

You'll work closely with our business and technology teams to :

Lead the design and development of new Salesforce features and functions

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers

Champion best practices and contribute to our Salesforce and Enterprise roadmaps

Support platform health, maintenance, and continuous improvement

Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

You'll be a trusted advisor, a problem solver, and a go-to person for all things Salesforce.

Mou - About You

We're after someone who brings :

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Sales, Service, Experience & preferably Data Cloud)

Strong skills in Apex, LWC, LWR, and Salesforce configuration

Experience with DevOps, CI / CD, and API integrations (MuleSoft is a bonus!)

Salesforce certifications : Platform App Builder, Developer I (Developer II is a plus)

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring others

Bonus points if you've worked in logistics or CRM platform management.
