Overview

We deliver Azure and Microsoft 365 platform security projects for our customers and work with them to design and implement solutions that meet defined requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide the very best subject matter expertise and advice to our customers
• Work through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with defined requirements – design and / or implement technical solutions
• Author documentation to the highest standard
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior customer stakeholders
• Conduct customer meetings and workshops
• Manage customer expectations, communicate effectively, and develop professional relationships with customers
• Work closely with the team to ensure project delivery meets customer expectations
• Be involved in IP development and repeatability
• Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value
• Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of customers, and identify and explore opportunities within existing and new customers
