Responsibilities
Support Optimisation Leads to identify efficiency gains in business processes by conducting process reviews using Continuous Improvement / Agile methodology.
Support the enablement of pilots and, in collaboration with the Optimization Analyst, prepare reporting on pilot summaries and efficiency gains.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to embed new processes or initiatives; coach and support Primary Connect leaders.
Work collaboratively across Primary Connect and the wider business, bringing together key stakeholders to ideate and deliver end-to-end improvements.
Coordinate and facilitate Big Room Planning to identify future opportunities.
Qualifications
Process Improvement methodology experience and training in Lean or Six Sigma.
Project Management experience.
The ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.
Supply Chain industry experience.
Excellent written communication, with the ability to prepare packs on initiatives for senior executives.
Diligent and persuasive follow-up with senior leaders to update initiative tracking.
