Operations Coordinator

Full-time permanent position based primarily at the City, but working also at the A koranga and Manukau Campus Libraries

Join our dynamic team at Te Matapuna Library & Learning Services as an Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day delivery of frontline services across AUT's campus libraries and online platforms.

This is a new role where you will be contributing to the development and implementation of new service models, and a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the student experience.

Front-line library and information services, including hands-on experience with Library Management Systems and facilities coordination.

Demonstrable experience in excellent frontline service and customer service operations.

Strong leadership and coaching skills.
