This is a hands‑on role including promotional planning, buying, and maintaining high standards of merchandising and presentation. Key Responsibilities :

• Overseeing the daily operations of the liquor, chilled and frozen departments
• Maintaining high standards of product presentation and merchandising
• Upholding all Food Health & Safety requirements
• Coordinate the liquor, chilled and frozen teams to maximise efficiency.
• Stock ordering, inventory control, and minimising waste
• Driving sales while achieving gross profit and wage budgets
• Delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Identifying opportunities to grow and innovate within the departments.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
