The Role

You will be responsible for supporting and leading your own projects in the Manawatu area.

The scope of work includes mainly new commercial projects but also other types of work based on your abilities.

Types of work include Metal Roofing, Warm Roof Systems, Membrane Roofing, Kingspan, Tanking, Wall Cladding, Roof Logic, and more.

We can provide work suited to your skills and growth aspirations.

We are looking for a capable and physically fit roofer who is :

Experienced tradesman / tradeswoman (ideally 3 years' relevant experience)

Experience and adaptability to different types of roofing is an advantage

Motivated to do quality work and provide excellent service

Happy to work independently or share your knowledge and lead a team

Solution-focused

Punctual and self-motivated

Positive attitude and dependable

Full driver license (when driving company vehicles)

Alternatively, you could be an experienced roofer or part of a team looking to take the next step in your career.

If you are already a foreman, you will have previous experience leading staff, managing projects, and being the key contact for projects you lead and manage.
