Remuneration : $91,014 – $113,768 (Fixed remuneration excluding Kiwisaver) pro rated to hours worked

Toi Ohomai is seeking an experienced and inspiring Programme Lead to guide the effective delivery of the Bachelor of Nursing (Te Tohu Paetahi Tapuhi) across the Tauranga region.
In this pivotal role, you will provide academic leadership, mentoring, and coordination to a dedicated team of nursing educators.
You'll support excellence in teaching and learning, uphold programme quality and integrity, and foster meaningful partnerships with iwi, hapu, and health sector partners to ensure our programme remains responsive to the needs of our communities.

Provide academic leadership and support to teaching kaimahi to ensure excellence in programme delivery.
Collaborate with the Programme Manager on planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Support learner success through mentoring, learning plans, and engagement initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with iwi, hapu, and health sector partners to enhance community relevance.
Contribute to programme development and innovation in nursing education.
You're a collaborative and values-led educator who inspires others and is committed to bicultural, learner-centred practice.
You bring :
Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and an Annual Practising Certificate.
A Master's degree in a relevant discipline and a recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in tertiary education.
A good understanding of tikanga and Matauranga Maori, and how these inform educational practice, would be an advantage.
Proven ability to lead academic quality, support others, and drive improvement.
Specifically, you will be a high-performing professional with a talent for supporting people and systems, demonstrating strong team leadership, and embodying the organisation's values and leadership principles.
