About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior to Intermediate ICT Support Analyst to join our internal helpdesk team based in Auckland CBD. Supporting an enterprise-scale organization, you will provide technical assistance across a broad range of end-user compute (EUC) systems, primarily within the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem, with exposure to modern workplace tools and practices.
You’ll play a key role in helping staff leverage technology efficiently, while also gaining valuable experience across project delivery, cloud technologies, and device management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support across a range of technologies, with a focus on Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.)
- Respond to and resolve end-user support tickets, escalating where appropriate in line with support protocols
- Configure and maintain endpoint devices, workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Deliver in-person support from our Auckland CBD office, with occasional visits to nearby branches
- Use ITSM systems to log and manage incidents, service requests, and changes
- Support internal IT projects and technology rollouts as part of a wider delivery team
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Identify and flag recurring technical issues or inefficiencies for review
- Work with external vendors and partners to resolve related service requests and elevate issues as needed
Essential Skills & Experience
1–3 years’ experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, ideally in a medium to large organizationProven ability to support and administer Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive)Understanding of endpoint provisioning and user support in a cloud‑first environmentFamiliarity with modern desktop management and troubleshooting toolsStrong communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skillsFull NZ driver’s license (for occasional onsite support at other Auckland locations)Desirable
Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)Experience supporting modern workplace solutions and digital transformation initiativesFamiliarity with Microsoft FabricITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge of service management best practiceWhat We Offer
