A strong focus on IT development and project delivery, this is the ideal role for a forward-thinking professional with a passion for technology, transformational leadership, and making a tangible impact across the business.As the senior technology leader, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital vision, overseeing IT infrastructure, and leading the delivery of innovative technology solutions that support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals.You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Technology department, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and support seamless business continuity.

Additionally, you'll manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and technology related service contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.About YouYou are an experienced leader with a customer-first mindset, strong technical understanding, and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse, experienced team of Technology professionals delivering strategic projects supporting our vision and goals.

You'll have a passion for emerging technologies, especially AI.

You'll bring : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced or complex environment.Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, SAAS solutions (e.g., Dynamics 365, CRM, Field Service, Finance and Operations, Azure), SLDC, project management and agile methodologies, and enterprise systems.Significant experience in the design and delivery of technology projectsExcellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.Provide leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Why Accessable?
