SAP Support Analyst

Join our Platform Engineering team and play a vital role in safeguarding Auckland Council’s SAP environment. As a SAP Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the technical administration, execution, and maintenance of SAP Security and workflow. You’ll ensure system integrity, proactively identify and mitigate security risks, and work closely with change and release management, developers, testers, infrastructure engineers, and security specialists to embed SAP security best practices.

• Implement, test, and maintain SAP security profiles and user records
• Administer SAP workflows and resolve workflow errors
• Support audits and ensure compliance with information security standards
• Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and share knowledge
• Provide timely and professional technical support to internal customers
