This opportunity is based in New Zealand, supporting a local customer with some site presence required for an SAP Public Cloud project.

We aim to balance flexibility with effective project execution.

Project Management is a key function for the business to execute and deliver SAP solution projects across a diverse range of industries.

You bring a wealth of experience in successfully delivering IT projects in an SME environment.ResponsibilitiesManage the execution of a multiphase SAP Cloud project, including project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budgetPrepare and monitor installation schedules and timelines, resulting in on-time and on-budget delivery to our customersManage, interact with, and if necessary, direct all relevant project consultants to ensure customer expectations and agreed deliverables are metManage the processes associated with effective document control systems including, but not limited to, project handover, administration, documentation, customer support, and project closureFacilitate regular internal project progress reportingLiaise and negotiate with all relevant customer BPOs regarding contractual requirementsCommunicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDevelop and improve project delivery processes and procedures in line with our project methodologiesSkills and ExperienceDemonstrated success in managing medium-scale, complex IT projects, with a strong track record of delivering outcomes in dynamic environments.SAP project experience especially with public cloud is essentialDemonstrated ability to manage projects, including planning, tracking, and oversightFamiliarity with productivity and methodology tools that improve project efficiencyExperience with architecture, development, integration, and deployment phases of IT projectsEffective communication, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skillsLeadership and interpersonal skills to motivate, and guide project teamsDiversity and Inclusion / VisaDyFlex is committed to providing a safe, flexible and respectful environment for staff, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
