Branch and Sales Manager – Mosgiel

You will be an integral part of the running of the branch, including management of staff, and be a key member of the sales team in the fast-paced agricultural industry.We are looking for a proven leader with an impressive sales and management record. If you work well within a team, can understand and exceed client’s needs, and build strong positive relationships, this could be the opportunity for you. What we’re looking for :

• Experience in a management role in the agricultural industry.
• Experience in sales and a good knowledge of tractors, precision agricultural technology and wider agricultural machinery.
• Strong human resources and health and safety capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to and learn the John Deere suite of products and services.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time, as well as ensuring the wider branch and sales team have the appropriate level of support and guidance.
• Understanding of what drives, motivates and creates engagement, performance, and efficiency with staff.
• Good computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.
• A team player.
• Flexible and resilient.
