About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Dunedin, covering Dunedin, Invercargill and the Central South Island region.

This role is key to driving new business acquisition while supporting existing customers to improve satisfaction and retention. You’ll take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and upselling services. You’ll also provide support to the wider sales team and ensure strong communication between clients, courier franchisees, and internal departments.

To be successful in this role :

Key responsibilities include :

• Make a minimum of 10 cold calls and 10 existing client calls per day.
• Identify new business opportunities and book appointments for Sales Representatives.
• Qualify all FAFs and customer service leads, signing up clients directly or referring to a Sales Rep.
• Upsell new products and services to existing customers.
• Manage client care call programmes to improve retention.
• Report client service issues to the relevant managers and follow up on resolution.
• Maintain accurate client information in WebFMS.
• Provide weekly reporting to the Sales Manager and attend sales meetings as required.
• Support with reception and label / satchel orders when needed.
