Customer Acquisition Sales Consultant

We’re a growing UK cleaning company specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services. We’re looking for a Customer Acquisition Sales Consultant to help bring in new clients and drive bookings remotely.

The Role :

You’ll handle warm and inbound leads, identify client needs, and convert them into confirmed bookings while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

Convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Recommend suitable cleaning services.

Maintain detailed CRM records.

Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.

What We Offer :

R8,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000 / month).

2+ years’ experience in telesales, direct sales, or customer acquisition.

Professional English communication skills.

Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection professionally.

Proven ability to meet phone-based sales targets.

Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Experienced with CRM systems.

Negotiation and client resolution skills.
