About the role
- As a Community Manager, you’ll :
- Build strong relationships with tenants, families, and community agencies
- Support tenant wellbeing through regular engagement and observation
- Help resolve tenancy issues, disputes, and maintenance needs
- Deliver community engagement programmes that encourage neighbourliness
- Work alongside health, social service, and government agencies to connect tenants with the right support
What we’re looking for
Qualifications in social housing, social services, aged care, healthcare, mental health, social / community work, or community support for older peopleExperience in housing, community services, social work, aged care, or related fieldsStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsEmpathy and understanding of the needs of older peopleAbility to manage tenancies within the Residential Tenancies ActThis role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to build positive, resilient communities.
