Positions Available
We are hiring for the following full-time positions :
Class 2, 4 & 5 Truck Drivers
WTR Machine Operators (Wheels, Tracks, Rollers)
These roles are ideal for candidates with a background in civil works such as drainage, roading, bulk earthworks, trenching, and plant operation and happy to jump on the tools when required.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your role and qualifications, duties may include :
For Class 2–5 Drivers
Operate trucks transporting heavy civil equipment, aggregate, or materials
Safely load and unload excavators, rollers, or other machinery
Maintain vehicle logs, safety checklists, and basic truck maintenance
Follow transport schedules and site delivery protocols
Assist with labouring if required
For WTR Operators
Operate civil plant such as excavators, rollers, loaders, and skid steers
Conduct machine pre-start checks and minor servicing
Work closely with site foremen and labourers for ground support
Assist with trenching, backfilling, and site levelling where needed
What You Bring to the Team
A valid Class 2, 4, or 5 NZ driver's licence (depending on position)
WTR endorsements – essential for operator roles
Proven civil construction experience (min. 1 year preferred)
Physically fit and willing to jump in and support the team
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong awareness of health & safety standards
Punctual, reliable, and a team-first attitude
