We are currently recruiting

two Class 2 Drivers

to support key civil construction projects across Christchurch this coming season.

These roles are critical in maintaining clean and safe work environments and ensuring the smooth execution of sealing operations on-site.

Whether you're experienced or newer to the civil scene with a good attitude and Class 2 licence, we want to hear from you.

Available Positions

1 x Broom Truck Driver

As the

Broom Truck Driver

, you'll play a vital role in

site cleanliness and safety

Duties include :

Operating a broom truck to

clean road surfaces

before, during, and after works

Removing loose chip, dust, and debris from active construction areas

Supporting roading and sealing crews to maintain high safety and quality standards

Performing basic maintenance checks on the truck before and after each shift

Ideal Candidate :

Experience operating a broom or sweeper truck (preferred but not essential)

Good awareness of site safety and traffic flow

Physically fit and willing to assist with basic site tasks if needed

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

1 x Sprayer Truck Driver

The

Sprayer Truck Driver

will assist with

surface spraying and sealing operations

across a variety of sites.

Duties include :

Operating the sprayer truck to apply sealing products (bitumen, emulsion) to road surfaces

Supporting the sealing crew to ensure even and accurate coverage

Working under the guidance of a

supervisor or experienced operator

, if required

Performing routine checks on equipment to ensure safe operation

Ideal Candidate :

Previous experience operating sprayer trucks or working in chip sealing preferred

Ability to follow direction closely and work as part of a team

Class 2 licence and confidence operating large vehicles in civil environments

A positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail

General Requirements for Both Roles

Full NZ Class 2 Driver's Licence

Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow strict site protocols

Physically capable of assisting with general site work when required

Must pass a

pre-employment drug and alcohol test

Must hold

NZ Citizenship, Residency, or a valid Work Visa
