McKay Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a major solar farm initiative.

Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for :

Managing the project from initiation through to completion, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

Conducting daily productivity reviews and monitoring progress against the project schedule and cost estimates.

Overseeing all on-site installation activities, ensuring compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.

Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to drive performance and maintain quality standards.

Skills & Experience

Skills & Experience :

Proven experience in leadership minimum 3 years.

Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

EWRB Practicing Licence - desirable
