An emerging leader in interiors and light commercial construction established by Directors from larger contractors, initially, are securing several clients and growing in brand recognition.

They hold strong relationships with architects and engage experts up front to ensure less rework later.

They are project and cost management specialists that possess "can do" attitudes with hands-on Directors that muck in when need be.

Due to growth and a strategy to continue strong growth, a need now exists for a solution-focused site manager for projects in the Tauranga and Wellington regions.

As a site manager you need to come from an interiors, refurb and light commercial construction background gained from a main contractor of at least 5 years.

The SM is engaged from early design and build stages and set up, so they are on board from the very beginning and familiar with all stakeholder inputs.

It is ideal you can provide any input into systems or presenting any ideas for better efficiencies.

Salary : $130K - $150K + travel allowance and accommodation paid for.

Responsibilities

Lead site management for interiors, refurbishments and light commercial construction projects in the Tauranga and Wellington regions from early design and build stages to project completion.

Collaborate with architects and early-stage stakeholders to minimize rework and improve efficiencies.

Provide input into systems and present ideas for better efficiencies where appropriate.

Ensure project and cost management practices align with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of site management experience in interiors, refurbishment and light commercial construction gained from a main contractor.

Experience working from early design and build stages and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to travel between Tauranga and Wellington regions; flexible to site requirements.
