As a Learning Specialist in the Immigration Learning team, you are responsible for the scoping, design, development, and evaluation of learning, along with ensuring a cycle of continuous improvement.
The Immigration Learning team designs and delivers a wide range of technical, system, and core capability learning to support induction, upskilling and business change.
The team is part of the wider Immigration Design & Assurance branch which contributes to the immigration system by designing and delivering changes that meet the needs of our people and our customers.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Able to identify, define learning needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Experience with face to face and group facilitation.
Ability to create learning for a variety of environments e.g. virtual, face to face, digital.
Ability to be flexible and pragmatic and to quickly adapt to changing business demands.
Able to work effectively as a member of a geographically dispersed team.

Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.
