Driving Volunteer

OverviewIf you are : be at least 21 years oldhave held a clean NZ full licence for at least 2 yearshave some patience, confidence and creativity!

Role and ScopeWe are looking for some female volunteers to help another woman from a refugee background to get their licence by practicing with her once or twice a week.

You will be matched with someone who lives nearby so that you can easily meet her at her place (all the practices will be in her car).

Please note that we only operate in Wellington, Lower Hutt and Porirua.Benefits and ImpactIn return, you will make a positive difference in the life of woman from a refugee background and her family, receive training and support throughout your placement, increase your understanding of another culture and contribute to improving driver safety on the road.
