About the Role
As a Finance Analyst, you'll support month-end, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Motor portfolio.
You'll deliver insightful analysis, drive process improvements, and build strong relationships across the CFO Insurance Australia team.
What You'll Do Support month-end close and deliver standardised management reporting.
Prepare budget and forecast summary packs and contribute to planning cycles.
Analyse Expense and FTE performance, providing relevant and actionable insights.
Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests and support remediation activities.
Drive and implement process improvement initiatives across finance operations.
Build stakeholder relationships to understand business drivers and trends.
What You'll Bring Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business or Finance; CA / CPA preferred.
3+ years' experience in financial services, ideally with insurance exposure.
Strong analytical skills and experience in executive reporting and decision support.
Proficiency in Excel and Word; PowerQuery and Power BI knowledge preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
High attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
