This is a 6-month fixed-term, full-time position, working Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
As an IT Systems Engineer, you will :
- Own and lead the delivery of complex IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and defined success criteria.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, business users, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and well-governed systems.
- Drive improvements across Windows infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity practices.
- Review and refine access controls, administrative roles, and identity platforms.
- Document and communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support core IT operations as needed, including SAP Basis support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
About You
To excel in this role, you’ll bring :
10+ years’ experience in IT systems engineering, administration, or support, with a proven track record of leading projects.Broad technical expertise, especially in Windows environments, networking, and cybersecurity.Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, CCSP, etc.) are highly valued.Experience with SAP and Linux is a plus.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for mentoring others.KPIs and Success Measures
Delivery of assigned projects to agreed success criteria (scope, time, quality).Positive feedback from team members and stakeholders on mentorship and collaboration.Contribution to continuous improvement in IT operations and security.Team Structure
Reporting to the Systems Engineering Team Lead.Part of a team with 5 other engineers within an IT department of approximately 15 members.Regular interaction with business users and external partners.Working hours Expectations
After hours work, as required for maintenance or projects requiring change to critical systems outside normal operational hours.Not part of the regular on-call roster but may be required to assist in emergency situations (e.g., major incident events).Ready to make your mark?
