We're looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our finance team to ensure robust financial management, accurate reporting, and data-driven analysis that supports our business operations.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives in a commercial environment and enjoys balancing the detail of financial accuracy with the bigger picture of business performance.Assist with cash flow forecasts, budget preparation, and monthly FTE reporting to support business planningManage banking processes, creditor payments, and ensure compliance with policies and controlsReview monthly accounts, analyse variances, and collaborate with staff to identify trends and insightsSupport the preparation of annual accounts, tax returns, and auditsProvide ad hoc financial analysis and accounting support across projects and business operationsChartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years' post-qualification experience and strong accounting and financial reporting skillsProficient in Xero and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessionally minded, proactive, and skilled at improving processes while linking financial insights to business outcomesIf you're motivated by accuracy, thrive on problem-solving, and want your financial expertise to support organisations making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.South Link Management Services is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion, and that means people from all the communities we serve are represented in our Kaimahi / Staff.We want to see the real you in your application and should you be successful at the time of your interview.Remuneration is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.We acknowledge and respect iwi diversity and spiritual needs.
