Through ongoing training, you'll develop in-depth product knowledge that allows you to recommend tailored solutions that meet each customer's home, family, and lifestyle needs.As part of our high-performing team, you are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dedicated to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

You thrive in a collaborative environment where your drive and enthusiasm for success are supported by a well-established and experienced team.At King Living, we offer attractive commissions for all Design Consultants and a highly competitive compensation package.The RoleDrive sales and meet or exceed individual and team sales targetsEstablish and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and a tailored sales approachEngage customers face-to-face and over the phone to consult, promote, and close salesFollow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries to convert opportunities into salesWork collaboratively with the team to maximize sales during campaigns and promotionsAssist customers with their purchasing decisions by identifying needs and presenting suitable optionsMaintain showroom presentation to the highest standard in line with Visual Merchandising guidelinesUse in-house systems to process and manage sales orders efficiently12 month fixed term contractAbout YouProven experience in a retail sales, hospitality, or customer service role, with a focus on driving resultsA passion for sales and a natural ability to build relationships with customersResults-driven and motivated by achieving sales targetsA quick learner who can understand customer needs and respond with the right solutionsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers confidentlyBasic to intermediate computer skills, including data entryExperience with premium products, furniture, or design is an advantage but not essentialFriday - Sunday availabilityOur ValuesPassion, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation — these are the values that unite us, inspire us and set us apart.
