As Design Lead, you'll lead the functional design of critical systems that help process over 90 million litres of milk daily at peak.In this role, you'll drive design principles that ensure our solutions are high-quality, secure, and resilient.
You'll lead functional design across multiple projects, working closely with engineers, IT specialists, and manufacturing business teams to deliver systems that meet both technical and operational needs.
Your expertise will be key in producing and managing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and system designs that serve as the foundation for successful implementation.You'll also champion UX / UI best practices, ensuring our systems provide seamless and intuitive user experiences.
Engaging with stakeholders across the business, you'll translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable design proposals.
Staying ahead of emerging technologies such as Industry 4.0, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Automation will be essential, as you help future-proof our manufacturing systems and drive continuous improvement.About YouWith a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Design, or a related field (and ideally a master's), you bring a depth of experience in system design and project leadership.
Your strong analytical skills and expertise in system modelling allow you to translate complex requirements into clear, functional solutions.You're an excellent communicator who thrives on collaboration and stakeholder engagement, able to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs.
Your understanding of manufacturing processes gives you an edge in designing systems that truly work in real-world environments.
