Rehabilitation Case Manager : Build Safer Futures

A governmental correctional agency in Waikato is seeking a full-time Case Manager to provide specialist case management for prisoners.

You will assess needs, plan rehabilitation, and work with external agencies and families to support prisoners in their journey.

Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of Maori and Pacific Peoples' needs, effective communication skills, and a clean NZ Driver's Licence.
