We are seeking a Senior Learning Designer to deliver the design and development components of our People Leader Induction and Management Skills Programme.
This high-impact initiative will support leaders across our organisation, both operational and non-operational, to step confidently into their roles.
In this role you will :
This is a fixed term or secondment opportunity that is funded for 20 weeks full time, however we are open to exploring options of 0.8FTE over 25 weeks.
This position reports into our NHQ office in Wellington, however location is flexible.
We encourage applications from across Aotearoa and will work with the successful candidate to agree on suitable working arrangements.

The salary range for this role is $96,998 - $107,776 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
