You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all sites, creating schedules, overseeing budgets, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. Key duties involve hiring, training, and supervising cleaning staff, monitoring and inspecting facilities and managing inventory for cleaning supplies. maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and liaising with other departments or clients to address needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Staff and operations management : Hire, train, schedule, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure all duties are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This includes managing daily tasks, breaks, and reallocating work to cover absences.
- Quality assurance : Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet cleanliness and hygiene standards. Monitor work performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Inventory and supply management : Track cleaning supplies and equipment needs, order new supplies, and ensure all equipment is well-maintained and safe for use.
- Budget and compliance : Manage the cleaning department's budget and expenses. Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and other relevant regulations.
- Liaison and communication : Act as a point of contact for clients or other departments to address cleaning-related issues and needs.
- Administrative tasks : Assist with administrative duties, such as preparing reports, managing timekeeping records, and conducting staff appraisals.

Excellent remuneration package ($52.25 Hourly rate)Minimum of 30 hrs and Maximum of 50 hrs per weekWorking hours : Monday to Friday 9pm-2am, Saturday 6pm-12am. The timing of working hours will be set out in a roaster.The employee may be required to travel to different locations for work from time to time, which may include being away overnight.
