Production Supervisor

The Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will see you lead all production activities through effective leadership of your direct reports (team of approx. 10-11). This is a hands‑on role working a rotating shift pattern across days / nights / weekends, that will require a combination of line supervision and day‑to‑day tasks to meet performance targets, product quality and supply, whilst fostering a strong culture of health and safety.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years’ experience in a technical manufacturing environment coupled with strong people leadership skills. In addition to this you will have;

• A high degree of mechanical aptitude, technical know-how and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated experience in leading or contributing to Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality and efficiency.
• The ability to influence, build partnerships and gain buy‑in from manufacturing teams
• Excellent planning and organisation skills coupled with high attention to detail
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work a rotating shift pattern of days / nights / weekends
