Mechanical Supervisor

Overview

This is an opportunity for a capable leader to play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-standard delivery of periodic and grouped maintenance campaigns.

You’ll work closely with site personnel to ensure all project operations meet both SRG Global’ s standards and client expectations. Acting as a mentor and leader, you will guide the team to work safely and efficiently while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This role contributes to profitability by managing costs, seeking operational improvements, and enhancing the performance of our delivery teams helping SRG maintain its competitive edge in the market.

Shutdown Dates

• Main shutdown - Commences on the 10 th November till 14 th November
• Day Shift Flat Rate : $85.00 Night Shift Flat Rate : $90.00
• Casual Flat Rate.
• 12 Hour Days Night Shift / Day Shift.
