Our Recreation, Sports and Events teams are hiring now for a Membership Administration Team Leader.Our Recreation & Sport unit is passionate about getting more people, more active, more often.About the role | Ko te mahi neiThis role leads our Membership Administrator team across multiple facilities in responding to customer enquiries via a number of inboxes, delivering a high-quality customer experience, driving ongoing participation and retention of our members and customersYou will be responsible for leading your team to achieve their goals in the administration of membership processes, enrolments, financials and retention strategies whilst working hand in hand with the Customer Experience teamYou will be the escalation point for the team, managing customer complaints and conflict in a fair and respectful manner, in line with our Terms and ConditionsAbout you | Ko Koe TeneiYou will have proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills and be a quick learner able to pick up complex information and systemsYou will have the ability to train and share your knowledge of our programmes, services, and events.You must have a genuine passion for delivering world class customer service and a strong focus on end-to-end process improvementA current, full New Zealand driver licence is requiredHave experience with Perfect Gym system administration and finance functionsCertificate in Adult Learning / Teaching is desirableAdditional Information | Ko etahi atu korero : Hours : Monday to FridayPosition : Permanent, full-timeLocation : Base location to be agreed.
