Process Engineer

DescriptionAbout the company : An established NZ company with over 30 years of experience providing products to domestic and commercial construction.

As they continue to grow, they are looking to expand their process team with a Process Engineer based in Tauranga, with some travel to their Hamilton site.About The RoleAs the Process Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing and improving manufacturing processes across both sites.

Your focus will be on driving continuous improvement to increase yields, reduce waste, and minimize equipment downtime.

You will work closely with manufacturing and maintenance teams to enhance overall site efficiency.

Strong root cause analysis skills are essential to identify issues and implement effective solutions.Key ExperienceBachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)Good communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsOrganized and detail-oriented to ensure all aspects are coveredExperience in a manufacturing environmentWhat's in it for you?
