Our Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) team leads the market in delivering accurate, insightful property valuations across a wide range of sectors.

The Opportunity - Te ahei

Undertake residential valuations across Tauranga and the surrounding areas, with flexibility around preferred working areas

Engage in a diverse mix of work including Valuation Ordering System (VOS) instructions, private client engagements & specialized residential sectors such as public works compensation

Leverage industry-leading software to streamline reporting

Collaborate with a high-performing team of experts across the country

Base salary, excellent commission package and continual strong pipeline of work with flexible work options

About You - Mo Koe

Registered Residential Valuer

Experienced in valuing residential property within New Zealand or Australia (specific Auckland knowledge not required)

A team player with strong research and data management skills

Self-motivated team player, with strong time management capabilities

Customer service orientated with excellent communication skills
