In this role, you'll support the Manager, Risk Business Partnering (Controls) to deliver key assurance activities within our control testing program — helping to ensure we're always operating with excellence.

You'll be joining a collaborative, supportive team that has each other's backs and values flexible working.

Your key areas of focus will include : Enhancing and uplifting 1LOD control outcomes reporting

Conducting timely and high-quality operational effectiveness testing

Supporting the Control Advisor with control design testing

Contributing to control uplift initiatives

Collaborating with Risk & Compliance teams to meet key deliverables

Assisting in broader risk activities aligned to our Risk Management Framework What you'll need to succeed : 2+ years' experience in risk management within financial services or insurance (a bonus!)

Sharp attention to detail and analytical thinking

Strong communication skills — both written and verbal

Confidence engaging with stakeholders across the business
