About the Company

Our client is a leading aluminium fabricator, specialising in premium windows and doors for residential and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, they are seeking a skilled Workshop Supervisor to oversee operations and lead their fabrication team.

The Role

Reporting to senior management, the Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and health & safety compliance is maintained. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations
• Lead and mentor fabrication staff to achieve performance goals
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards
• Manage workflow, materials, and workshop resources
• Uphold health & safety practices and compliance requirements
• Liaise with management and project teams to meet deadlines

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in aluminium fabrication (windows / doors preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of workshop machinery and safety procedures
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
