Responsibilities

Assistant Store Managers are responsible for supporting store operations and assisting with leading our teams.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high‑performing team.
• Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail – you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
• Operational know‑how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
• Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
