RealNZ is seeking a proactive and supportive Contact Centre & Reservations Team Leader to elevate our Contact Centre & Wholesale Reservations teams.
You'll work alongside the Contact Centre & Reservations Coordinator, ensuring our team is well-trained, supported, and equipped to provide outstanding service to our guests and trade partners.
This role combines operational support, guest communication, and team supervision to drive high performance and seamless service.
As the Team Leader, you'll assist with training and overseeing daily operations within the Contact Centre, manage guest inquiries, and ensure smooth service across phone, chat, and email.
You'll also step in as the primary support on weekends or when the Coordinator is unavailable, making real-time decisions to keep things running smoothly.
With a focus on efficiency, you'll help organize resources, handle scheduling, and assist with payroll approvals to meet department goals.
Additionally, you'll support the sales side of operations, helping the team meet targets by developing product knowledge and sharing effective selling techniques.
With your technical knowledge, you'll also provide team guidance on using reservation systems and other software.
Experience with reservations / sales software (e.g., FareHarbor) and strong communication skills.
Sales experience, leadership skills, and technical savvy.
