Location : Buona Vista ? Work Schedule : 5-day work week (includes weekends & Public Holidays) Salary : Up to $2,600 / month

Shift Hours : 7 : 45 AM – 5 : 30 PM8 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM1 : 15 PM – 11 : 00 PM

Job Scope

Provide front-line customer service support

Handle enquiries via phone, email, or in-person

Assist with registration, appointment bookings, and general information

Manage feedback and elevate issues when necessary

Ensure accurate data entry and documentation

Maintain a professional and courteous service standard at all times

Requirements

Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays

Customer service experience preferred
